1) Tell me a little bit about yourself
My name is Anush I am a certified beauty and skin specialist for 13 years and started my own skin & beauty business in 2012-2017 before my first born. I am passionate about female beauty and holistic wellness, my goal is to educate female to about skin health. I started my own beauty business five-years ago before I have my first born baby.
2) What are the common issue you’ve seen in most female?
The most common issues that I’ve seen in my practices/ my patients are mostly hormonal acne, dry or oily skin, and skin pigmentation
3) How do you approach or treat hormonal acne?
Hormonal acne is the most common thing that happen to female in general because body are more complex than the opposite hormones which is male hormones. There are many ways to approach this issue tropical treatments, oral medication and natural remedies such as AHAs and BHAs

4) Does skin congestion or acne prone skin has anything to do with stress? If so why?
Stress does not typically cause acne, but it can trigger or worsen this is typically can happen due to hormone imbalances. And stress play a big role in female hormone and skin immune function. When someone is stressed, the body releases hormones called cortisol (you have probably heard this hormones) and when the body does that, this may cause aggravate the acne.
5) What is the first step to handle this issue? And how to prevent it from happening?
First step is try to not over think it, we don’t want stress around our body and do a gentle daily face wash, make sure you have a clean diet and healthy eating (If you can try to avoid refined sugar, soft drinks and ultra-processed food), change your towels often (2-3 times a week) as well as your pillowcases.
6) What are your tips to heal skin issues
Try to keep good hygiene is the golden rule and foundation for everything! Gentle exfoliate to help clean the bacteria for 1-2 a week, avoid touching or scratching the surface of your face, always and always protect your skin from the sun and UV lights, invest in clean & high quality SPF is the most important product of your skincare especially if you are in Australia, the sun can be damaging.
